The city of Marlin has rolled out their new Dura Patcher truck.
The Dura Patcher will be used to fill pot holes and according to the City of Marlin the truck will be in operation 5 days a week repairing streets.
Mayor John Keefer stated that using this truck will save the city of Marlin on material costs to repair streets.
Public Works director Scott Fornash also stated that repairs to streets will last longer using the Dura Patcher than previous methods used before.
The city council approved the purchase of the truck at a cost of $110,000 in their regular scheduled monthly meeting in November.
