Judge Robert Stem Retires After Serving 33 Years On The Bench

Falls County District Judge Robert Stem has retired from the bench.

Judge Stem has served both Falls and Robertson Counties as District Judge for 33 years.

A retirement celebration was held in his honor at the Falls County courthouse Thursday, December 14, 2018 where he was surrounded by family, friends, and colleagues.

Attorney Brian Russ will be Stem’s predecessor and will take the bench January 2019.

Russ stated to Marlin Pride, “Judge Stem is a great man, a great judge. Its going to be hard to fill his shoes but I’m going to do the best that I can.”
